When people passionate about technology meet people passionate about fixing and upgrading their industry, it can produce new ideas and new concepts. This is exactly how Onbrane was born !
Three years ago, a meeting between us and a large issuer that wanted a new way to negotiate and issue Commercial Paper created the Big Bang which is at the origin of our platform. Then the magic happened from our brains and as fellow quantum physic lovers, we called our company Onbrane, referring to the branes which are dynamical objects which can propagate through spacetime.
The result of all of this? A multi-product, multi-currency OTC platform, built with the market community, for Issuers, Dealers/Brokers and Investors.

I started my career as a developer to eventually become CIO/CTO at SG Investment Banking, FIMAT and the NY Stock Exchange. I then expanded my scope to organization transformation. I architected and led the Post Merger Integration of Newedge, an industry leader with revenue of $1.5 billion. I also co-founded and presided over a turnaround fund, completed 3 acquisitions and business transformations.

I studied at a business school and have been self-taught in computer science for 12 years. I co-founded Onbrane, a fintech that is launching a platform for negotiation and issuing debt products. As a product manager, my role is to convey the vision of the product, to understand the market players, to design the platform and to manage the development planning.

Etienne is our sales guy. He is in charge of Onbrane’s commercial development in Europe.
William Beguin
Sustainable product Manager
William’s role on Onbrane is to develop the functionalities and instruments of impact finance on the platform. So, he is our Mister Green!
